This website has been created for the benefit of all lawyers members of the Hérès network in order to present our services in the respective territories of our offices.

When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent, is collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

After trying to resolve the dispute amicably with the Hérès firm, he may refer the matter to the consumer mediator of the legal profession.

No manifestly unfounded or abusive request may be submitted to the mediator. It is forbidden to refer to the Consumer Ombudsman of the legal profession when there is a procedure pending before the court or another mediator and when the request is made one year after the written complaint to the firm.

How long your data is stored
