Louis Miguel

Louis is a member of the Chilean Bar (and of the Paris Bar until 2003). He began his professional practice in Chile in 1997 at Stitchkin & Cía. Abogados, law firm in Santiago, in the field of civil and commercial litigation. From 1998 to 2015, he worked in Paris, first at Cremades & Associés Avocats, then joined the legal department of international companies as head of international legal affairs, developing a strong expertise in international M&A. He is a member of the International Bar Association, Redejur (South American legal network, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, mainly), and of the Business Law Alumni Association, University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is co-author of Droit du Chili, section droit des sociétés, LGDJ and Professor of Commercial Law at the University Diego Portales, Santiago de Chile.
